I have done absolutely nothing to promote this blog since I built it a few weeks ago. And yet, it’s getting hits from all over the world. I can only assume that’s Carl Donovan conducting vanity searches on himself.
If you’re a Carl Donovan and you’ve landed here, won’t you leave a comment? I think it’d be fantastic if I were able to provide the epicenter for every Carl Donovan in the world who, no doubt, will land here eventually.
Please tell all the rest of the Carl Donovans who you are, where you live and, I suppose, what it means to be a Carl Donovan…
By the way, if you own that image over there please don’t sue me. I thought it was cool but I’ll take it down in a heartbeat with the threat of litigation!

I’ll start the ball rolling. I’m Carl Donovan. I own this domain and blog. I live in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina, in Asheville. The Biltmore House, George Vanderbilt’s Taj Mahal, is here in Asheville and it’s for that the town is known.
I used to think that being a Carl Donovan was incredibly unique. At 42 years old, however, the world has changed quite a bit and now I know there are Carl Donovans everywhere. I guess it’s still a rather small club though. I hope I can get you all to convene here and form a Carl Donovan Coalition.
